How long does it take for my order to process?
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday. If an order is placed on a weekend or weekday holiday, the order will be processed the following business day. If product is on a backorder, you will be notified via email.

Can I call in my order?
Yes. You can call 858-900-2970, Monday –Friday 8:30 to 5pm PST

What method of payments to do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5pm PST. Major U.S. Holidays excluded.
