EXOVEX is a topical product containing isolated and concentrated placenta-derived MSC (mesenchymal stem cell) exosomes suspended in 0.9% saline.

Exosomes are 70-100nm secretory vesicles produced by stem cells. Exosomes contain a myriad of cell signaling factors that naturally instantiate anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, and tissue and wound healing effects.

Exosomes have been characterized qualitatively via assay to contain hundreds of immune and growth factors, including: VEGF, VEGFR, Ang1, TIMP-1, TIMP-2, IL-1B, BMP5, GDF15, OPG, G-CSF, SCF, TGFß3, ICAM-1, IL-1RA, IL-6, IL-10, MCP-1, MIP-1, PDGF-BB, HGF, GDNF, BDNF, FGF, TNFR1, and more.

Each EXOVEX lot is tested for sterility as per standards and endotoxin as per standards, sterile filtered through 0.22μm (micron) pore membrane filtration, and tested mycoplasma free.

EXOVEX stem cells are procured from young and healthy consented donors who have been tested negative for communicable diseases, such as HIV I/II, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, HTLV I/II, Syphilis, CMV, EBV, West Nile Virus, Zika virus, and screened for other pathogens.

EXOVEX exosomes are characterized quantitatively via Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis and Next Generation Sequencing for a full analysis of particle size and concentration, all RNA species and all functional components present, providing the most comprehensive evaluation of safety and efficacy available anywhere in the world.

EXOVEX is acellular, preservative-free, and aseptically processed with xenofree products in a cGMP, FDA-inspected facility.
